Sorry for the delay on an update the last few weeks have been a little crazy. Hope everyone has been doing well considering everything going on . As of now we at 2/3s of the printing for the 10mm done . have been able to get a bunch more of the revisions printed properly . at this point im still down a few printers as 2 screens came cracked and waiting on new ones. the hope is these can get all done and out for casting in the next few weeks , starting to run very low on resin but more is in the mail and should be here within next few days .Will be putting out a chaos dwarf battering ram also for free to backer in next week or two .will post some pictures of the final profs when there all done before sending off. which brings me to me to my next point .As some of you know i have been financing this out of my own pocket and am starting to run low on funds . My options have been to sell off assess i have to finish paying or relace models I had planned on casting ,for sale as STLs for personal .this seems like the best option for both me and the community. If i dont get enough will sell of my assests to make sure the kickstarter gets threw .Pictures and link below .

Hi all, here is update (link to free model at bottom of post)

Hope all have been well and safe considering all that has happened inlast few weeks with the virus.so here is the update.

first here is a link to the hobgoblin boomakazi were giving out free to all.We have already given out several free .we based it on the idea of the uruki bomber from lotr .thought every self respecting chaos dwarf and hobgoblin army needed a few. 

models and will have several more given as a partial apology for the extended delays. There will be a few more in future.Now on to next matter of business. I have been getting back into swing of things. have started printing earlier then planned but have come into a few issues. (still ahead of schedule on last post) first screens i bought are wrong model company messed up and sent wrong ones. new ones should be here within next few days. as of now have 1 1/5 working printers and getting the 3 running is top priority atm. new screens should take a few hours to install once in . further do to the virus i can no longer afford isoproal 99%.Im down to one little bottle and wh to keep as disinfectant is nearly impossible to get let alone prices. due to this Ive bought afew large sonic cleaner to do it instead along with a replacement for the iso . They should be here this week. on a good note most of the needed revisions to 10mm for proper casting are done and should be printed and off to casting. about 1/3 of 10mm already have models and number of models pre done.

 I have been going threw emails and messages 1 by 1 .I am still behind on this and please be patient will respond properly as sone as possible. Things are moving along again now even with slight issues.  on one final note due to the virus me and my family have madecall to stay on fwith my grandparents till this clears up. didn't feel 

 right leaving now and inst safe having someone come in every day. so please be aware 

i have started early then i planed and am moving at good pace again but may slow down. the hope is to still start getting models out

Hi, here is the update first of all I apologize to all for the lack of updates or replies. I'm sure there are quite a few people who are upset with me over this. All I can do is apologize and eventually get you models as promised. till then you will be pissed and rightfully so, I would be. I want to make it very clear that I'm still here and intend to have them done one way or another. As of the moment Production has been at a standstill for the last 2 months due to several causes. First has been my physical and mental health. Neither have been good and i've been dealing as best I can. My physical health has gotten better and I think stopping smoking has helped. I've not been suffering as badly and lungs have been doing better to save occasional asthmatic attacks. Mentally I have been struggling which is one of biggest factors in not replying sooner. have had plans to but have not been able to bring myself to. Most of this has been do to family situation and health. As many of you know I'm also a full time care worker for my 2 90 year old grandparents. I have been doing this for the last 4 years when I started this company with yak I still had more time , in the last few months their health has deteriorated as has my mother’s (she quit her job and has had a few surgery’s) I have been dealing with this and myself. This has been a priority. I apologized for putting this on the back burner, but honestly couldn’t deal . at this point they will either be going into a home or having a paid (im unpaid ) full time care worker coming in. I will be free within next week god willing to continue on the miniature. Again I apologize I burnt and hurt myself out and have needed to recover.

Further there have been some issues with printers. When I was sick resin spilled in all of them. I had to replace a few parts over this. The company we bought them from has been playing games with replacement parts. I have had to buy and install replacements second hand which I'm in the process of installing. Dude to this and several other costs. I will be selling off much of my personal collection of models in next two weeks to be sure I have money to see this through. Again I'm not running and haven’t made a penny of this . have been subsidizing with my own money. As said this will be completed even if later than planned. I hope one day for this to be a bad memory and people to again have faith.

The game plan is within the next 2-3 weeks to have everything running. within a week or two should have enough models made to send to impulse to have the rest of molds made. Due to time this seems to be a far better option then trying to get done in reasonable time myself . then I can continue at a proper pace with the remaining 28mms. If within a few months I have not made real progress and gotten 10mm I will figure out someone to get all of it done at my expenses and sell off stl rights. This is not a plan and I hope to show you faith hasn’t been misplaced.

On to the next point. again at this moment it is just me who owns and works at the company. This had begun with understanding we had two people. For personal reasons yak wanted out. As of now we don’t have multiple people, it's just me as said. Yak other then hopefully some freelance work in future doesn’t work here. He doesn’t legally own and doesn’t have control or access to stls and kickstarter and such. To the one people Please stop harassing and threatening him legally he owns and has no part of dym. It has been said and doing so over and over again is harassment. I will respond to claims of one person libeling me and why will not send him models he has yet to pay for. I don’t take kindly to being threatened and harassed for months before this hiatus with no legal bases. will be sending him a letter next week and reply to this in depth.

Over the coming week I will reply to people one by one. I will make sure to reply to all backers' messages . Again I really apologize for the extra stress and worries this has caused people. All I can do is do better and get you your models in as timely a manner as I can.

Hi all I apologize to all for lack of update or respond to replies. Have been completely offline due to my health and family concerns. I appreciate everyone's patience understanding and kind words to replies ive already sent via message . will try to get rest out tonight if not tomorrow . Have been sick on and off for last two months. was already as all know behind due to losing a team member.Ran myself into ground trying to keep up and ended up falling farther behind .I got a bad infection which held up a little over a month ago. due to my immune system being compromised came down with pneumonia.Had put off going to doctors due to not having insurance. thought i had minor case of bronchitis which would heal. was mistaken anti bios or other meds caused or reopened an ulcer which has been fun but has finally seemed to heal back on real food and eating almost normal . went from 161 with being hydrated to 148 and now back to 153 im 6'4 . also managed to throw out my back last week picking my grandfather up and have spent most of the week in bed. I take care of them unpaid and what little time and energy ive had has been spent on them .I apologize as i could of spent a hour or two a few days when was a little better posting I put off due to hoping i would feel better the next day and anxiety .have started taking something to help with anxiety now that ulcer has cleared up and off antibios. progress has started on free model and will have proper update by the weekend for everyone regardless. Will be working this rest of week and weekend and hope to feel normal within a week or so . I dont think im able to put in my best atm but back to it and there will be progress and updates now . Have already added a few freebees and upgrades .as said before there will be longer wait then planned but plan on making it worth everyone's while .will figure out something out .

Update important

Hi all sorry for lack of update been, I've been sick with a bad infection, feeling much better still feel off due to antibiotics and very busy attempting not to fall to far behind. Apologies for not posting this a few days ago but wasn't up to it.

First, we have decided to put up the 10mm and 28mm hobgoblin spoils barriers for free for everyone! We apologise greatly for the lateness of uploading. Files never properly synced to Google Drive and we needed to rebuild it from earlier stage.   LINK BELOW

Second, we have had some changes in our company structure. Yaakov has decided due to personal reasons to go from full time to part time working for DYM. He will be staying on in a more limited compactly but this will affect our output speed as I am doing now most of work. To help supplement this I have already brought on several freelancers and am looking to bring several more sculptors and graphic artists on board in near future to help. Which brings us to our next point

Due to physically now only having myself most days for physical work and company’s expanding commitments ; I have chosen to make a limited agreement with  Impulse Miniatures to help us cast and mold for us . I have had years of interaction with them and they will allow us to grow and meet our obligations. They also have tools and abilities for production that surpass our own including plastic injection. (For future models, KS will be in metal as promised) .

We feel a need to speed up production of the KS lines. We have fallen behind and are aware of this. Part of this is due to unforeseen issues. Making the molds, getting the prototypes correct, revisions and other obligations have put us further behind than planned. This will allow us to get stuff out to you still in a timely manner. We have already added several freebees due to unforeseen delays and there will be more free stuff to come by way of thank you. We will not make you keep waiting like most KS  do without updates and rewards for delays. More to come.

Third, We have about 30 more models done up ready to go after KS orders have been completed. We also have a zombie game, 15mm scifi and ww2 board game which we plan on releasing once KS is done. One of these is nearly done and two are in works, We have kept to our promises of not adding extra lines till we have fulfilled orders and will continue to do so. We are still taking commissions for sculpting as this isn’t affecting output speed.

Fourth, we are planning on getting out the 10mm stuff within a few weeks’ time. May take a little longer. We are looking at a month to two for the 28mm as said we will continue to add freebie to make up for this delays .We are hoping to get done sooner may but take a little longer. We do not wish to mislead anyone.

Hi sorry for the lack of update over the last week been super busy working on theses. So here it goes.

We are in the process of making molds. We have started on the 10mm as said it should take us a week or two longer than planned.

As we have chopped the 28mm up and added pegged arms for most of the models, thus it will take us longer to get theses done we apologise for this.We looking at around a month at most two longer than planned originally,

We apologise for the slight delay, we feel the need to keep you properly informed. Unlike many other kickstarters we don't expect you to just wait for nothing. By way of apology we are releasing the free hobgoblin war booty stl and made a chaos dwarf hero which we will be including a metal model of in all physical orders free of charge.

Further we will be releasing a 1-2 foot evil Giant after orders are filled which we will be giving a $15 discount to all backers as we wished to have it out with kickstarter.

We are working around the clock on this and can't wait to get them into your hands. We will be doing a prize drawing for early send outs for 10mm stuff for free soon.

Hi all sorry for lack of updates.We have some good news for you. So here it is. We have been finishing up upgrading the chain mail armour for the dwarfs. Yak figured out an much nicer way of making the armour for the dwarfs. We have been upgrading it.Molds should be made over the next few weeks if all goes well and then we can start casting them up and getting orders out. We this should be much cleaner and closer looking to real mail.We do apologise for still not getting all invoices out. other stuff has taken priority and keeping things on schedule is more important than getting paid earlier. model on right is upgraded chain mail .All the best DYM

Whats been going on. the next update.

We have completed 2 different commissions we took before the kickstarter.We hope you take a look at new 10mm Terracotta undead that will be coming by Warmonger Miniatures.

We have also acquired the rights to print,sell,remix and cast over 1000 STL files ranging from dragons to ogres.This will be going live once we have completed the kickstarter. We do not wish for it to interfere. Further we are completing our charity commission which we will be able to show off after the event.

We have been working on masters getting them printed and have gotten a few more done. All models have been tested and seem good to go save one in 10mm which we need to just make a little bigger (demon)  further ALL custom heros have been done.

So here's the update. Here is the horn we said we would give out to all people for free as an stl .Its scaled to 28mm but can be scaled up or down without losing detail. Its a big horn so you may wish to make 25% smaller if wanting a smaller horn.There are also two other free stls there in case you missed it. Link at bottom.

As far as updates to progress .We have finished all the custom hero's. More resin has been ordered so we dont run out. All items save metal for casting and one part have been gotten. two new printers have been deleaved and set up. We are also working on fixing website up. Further more work has been made on masters. On the other hand we have been putting off the remainder of the invoices. We have been putting off due to more pressing concerns which are now completed

We plan on getting them done over the weekend along with updating site.enjoy

Update on invoices and progress

Hi all here's the update. were sorry for the dealy.

We got all info sorted and all customizations added and double checked . We been sending invoices out. we hope to have done tomorrow or thursday latest. We apologize for the dealy. All equipment has been bought and most is in and checked to be working. We have bought 2 more printers to speed up the masters. We have made also significant progress on masters. Most custom heros have also been done and we will send pictures to backers who bought them to make sure it works by the weekend.

Backer Surveys About 20 People Left please fill out. ( PLEASE READ)

Hi all , we have almost gotten all the surveys in there are about 20 left. We need to know by sunday 10pm est latest what is the word on your order . we need this so we can continue with masters models and start making molds. The sooner these are in thew sooner we can make final calculations and finish up. We are responding to surveys as quickly as we can we apologize to people who have had questions and yet to get a reply. Any surveys undone by this time for $1 will be assumed to be simply support pledges . If we haven't heard from you items already paid for will be made and held until shipping received. If anyone after wishes to add please message or email dancingyakminiatures@gmail.com and we will see if we can fit in extra items . Stls printing can be added to your package is sealed but items after this may add to wait time.

Stls will be live when we have received all replies . 

Molds are ready to go once we get final count and finish the masters . within the next few weeks assuming were on schedule.  picture of 30 molds for hype ;) .

Again thank you all for your support and making our dreams a reality. We looking forward to seeing pictures of people painted models with great anticipation.

Surveys coming out today

ALL BACKERS PLEASE READ

Hi all,

We are sending out surveys today . We are giving all backers the option to add on or change what they put down. We are also giving the option to add any additional items one may want, or have the STLs printed out in your choice of 10 or 28mm scale. Pricing is below for the STLs.

Further we are continuing with discounts for items added at this point so you will still get all $5 discounts for items added now for every $150 spent. We also have many lovely 28mm dwarf and hobgoblin models on our store from Admiralty Miniatures which can be added to the order. Shipping will be a separate invoice unless backer wishes to pay now. Invoices will be sent through Wix Payments. We can offer Paypal, but as they take 3-10% we would need to charge a fee.

STLs will be sent out within the next few days. Pictures below, Please look at the Kickstater Campaign page for general pricing. Total rebate will be calculated after surveys received and applied. After rebate is applied, the difference will be deducted from shipping cost. If rebate is over shipping charge, the  difference will be refunded.

If you are one of the two people who were awarded prizes at tournaments please make sure to mention this in survey.

List of items you paid for already. (can swap items of equal or lower value for items already chosen please make sure to mention)
List of items you still wish to add on. (please include any items from store or printed STLs)
Whether or not you wish to be charged now for shipping or have separate invoice when items are ready
