I hope you understand that as much as I'd like to cancel the security information change on your account, we do not have an option to do that. Only the account's owner can have it cancelled.

Good question, when you contact them, it should take within 24 hours. Since there is a security information change on the account, you should still be able to access your emails. Would it be possible for you to download Outlook app on your phone and try this?
