At first glance the Daimyo is not very well armed, 4 shots, energy 3 in CQ and nothing else is, well, poor. However, if he causes a single point of damage against a squad in a garrison, he can immediately move that squad out of the garrison into the great outside. If you have some anti-infantry weapons set up out there, well that’s just some happy coincidence I’m sure.

What’s the giant portal being erected by it’s guardians I here you ask? Well after the Daimyo has entered a building, transported the enemy out of it to their bloody deaths it can simply have the portal set up and immediately go into holding. Even if the enemy do get back in, he’ll be long gone.

Voutars from Spellcrow

This is a race of multi-eyed, mountain trolls called Voutars, whose blue-gray fur gives them a perfect camouflage among the rocks. Their red-and-orange eyes will track down every enemy.

Only Vaendral can subdue their aggression and join them to the army.

Skin - stone grey
Fur - blue-gray or light blue
Eyes - orange and red

Set contains 4 miniatures of Voutars and 4 bases (20mm x 20mm).

Project Update #11: 10mm Vampire Vikings, Kickstarter from Cromarty Forge

Nearly there on the surveys

Hi All,

Just to say that I've received just about all the metal minis (unless there are crazy orders in the remaining handful of surveys). I've also got about half the resin models. Picking and sorting is at about 60%. I anticipate that I'll be doing the lions share of the packing in the 2nd week of March, and aiming to get most of the models dispatched before the end of March.

Very much looking forwards to getting these models out to you.
